Circle City Corvettes 2024 Beach Caravan
September 19 - 21, 2024 (Deadline for Pre-Registration September 10)

Circle City Corvettes invites you to our 43rd annual Beach Caravan. The Beach Caravan will be from Dothan, AL to Port St. Joe, FL. This is a three (3) day Corvette event beginning in Dothan, AL on Thursday September 19 at Solomon Chevrolet and culminating in Port St. Joe FL, Saturday evening September 21. Our event begins on Thursday at Solomon Chevrolet with registration, silent auction, Corvette Museum Store, food trucks, and car show. Registration will begin at 9:00 am.
If you are pre registered you will check-in and pick up your registration packet. If you are not preregistered you will need to register. Participants are welcome to check in until 4:00 pm.
The silent auction and Corvette Museum Store will be available all day until 6:30 pm. Silent auction winners will be announced at 7:00 pm.
All participants are registered for the car show which will take place on Thursday evening starting at 4:00 pm. Judging will be by Solomon Chevrolet staff and awards will be at 7:30pm
Friday morning, September 20, we will meet at the National Peanut Festival Fairgrounds from 7:30-8:30 for line-up and driver meeting. The caravan will depart for Port St. Joe, FL at 9:00am.
Check in time at the MainStay Suites, in Port St. Joe is 3:00pm*.
*Please be aware that Port St. Joe, FL is in eastern time zone.
Friday evening we will be cruising to local restaurants. Meet up will be in the Cape San Blas lighthouse parking lot.
Saturday events consist of two different cruises to local lighthouses, ability to participate in a local festival, Portoberfest, and concludes with dinner and Corvette item auction. The Corvette item auction will benefit the National Corvette Museum.
REGISTRATION OPTIONS & FEES
Please choose either single, couple, or non-corvette option. Each option will need a registration form including non-corvette. It is very important that all participants choose one option in all categories. Non-corvette participants please fill out attendee and dinner options only.
Options single or couple are for one corvette and 1 or 2 people. Please be aware that-shirts in sizes 2XL and 3XL will be $5 more.
Option Single - $90 - All activities including Car Show
Includes one (1) event shirt, goody bag, dash plaque, car show awards presentation, and caravan. Dinner for one (1) Saturday night and Corvette item auction entry.
Option Couple- $165- All activities including Car Show
Includes one (1) goody bag, dash plaque, car show awards presentation, and caravan. Two (2) event shirts, Dinner for two (2) Saturday night and Corvette item auction entry.
Option Non-Corvette/Family members- $65 (per person)
Includes one (1) event shirt, one (1) Saturday night dinner and Corvette item auction entry.
